Hey Jason and Team – just wanted to say thanks for an awesome event on Saturday. I was making a return to off-road running after 5 years of total physical inactivity, and I could not have picked a better event to do this.
I had my bad moments near the end, but overall I loved the run and the race atmosphere was superb.Please say a special thanks to the Marshall sited at the very top of the climb out of the Waterfall – he was awesome – his words of encouragement gave me a real lift just when I needed it. That’s what this type of challenge is all about.

I just wanted to say thank you for putting together such a fantastic event on Saturday. It was by far the best running event I have participated in -not only with the race location and the scenery, but also the way in which the whole event was organised.
The marshals on the course were amazing – so encouraging (even though we may not have shown our appreciation at the time, their support didn’t go un-noticed! It was more a case of us being just too tired to say thank you at the time). I also appreciated the way everyone who crossed the finish line was mentioned by name.
The race packs were ten times the size of any other race pack I have received, the sheer volume of spot prizes and the competitions at prize giving also made it a very memorable day.
Congratulations once again, I’ll be back next year!
